Gas safety inspections and heating services
We arrange landlord gas safety inspections, boiler servicing and heating repairs for homes and rental properties across London. Gas appliance work requires a Gas Safe registered engineer; the scope of work and the engineer attending are confirmed before booking.
For homeowners
Assessment of heating failures, hot-water faults, pressure loss and uneven radiator performance, together with routine boiler servicing.
For landlords and property teams
Landlords must arrange annual gas safety checks and provide the relevant records to tenants. Share your renewal dates so inspections can be planned around access and occupancy.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
How often is a landlord gas safety check required?
Every 12 months. Tenants must receive a copy of the record within 28 days of the check, and new tenants before they move in.
Is a boiler service the same as a gas safety check?
They serve different purposes. A gas safety check assesses appliance safety at the time of inspection; a service maintains the boiler in accordance with the manufacturer's guidance. Both may be arranged during the same visit, subject to the agreed scope.
What information is useful when reporting a heating fault?
Please provide the boiler make and model, any displayed error code, and whether heating, hot water or both are affected. Photographs of the display and controls help us prepare for attendance.
Can you help coordinate renewal dates?
We can plan inspections around the renewal dates you provide. Landlords remain responsible for ensuring that the required checks are completed and records are current.
