We assess the requirements room by room and agree the sequence of trades, including first-fix plumbing and electrical works before the installation of finishes.
Do I need to supply materials?
You may supply your preferred finishes, such as tiles and sanitaryware, or ask us to source them within an agreed budget. Responsibilities for supply are confirmed in the scope.
How is a refurbishment quotation prepared?
A quotation is based on a site assessment or sufficiently detailed photographs and measurements. The written scope identifies the works included so you can review the proposal clearly.
Can refurbishment take place in an occupied property?
This may be possible where the work can be phased appropriately. Access, dust, noise and the continued use of essential facilities are discussed before work begins.
